Modified Shipping Container convert to Special Coffee Bar
As a building block, prefab shipping containers are both durable and versatile—convert one into a tiny home or a backyard office, or stack and arrange them to create a Coffee Bar like shown in the photos. In addition to saving on construction costs, upcycling an old shipping container can be an eco-friendly alternative to building from the ground up.

AOT Prefab shipping container building can be delivered and assembled in as little as 10 weeks. Containers typically come in two sizes, either 20 feet by 8 feet or 40 feet by 8 feet. The smaller of the two equals about 160 square feet of living space, but the larger container gets you 320 square feet. That’s tiny home living at its smallest, and AOT also combine containers to create bigger models.
The modified shipping container coffee bar project is under-construction in Vientiane Laos South Asia. The ground floor is built with H section steel frame, which is also the scope of AOT production, all the components are pre-made in factory, all the site installation works are just to fix all the steel parts with bolts. The first floor is built with 2sets modified shipping container. The inside insulation is PU foam, to provide a good heat proof performance. Compared with the traditional concrete constructions, the steel structure could be built up very fast, meanwhile the cost will be lower. Also the steel structure could be built up with different shape, to make the building much more attractive.
