Made from lightweight yet durable materials
AOT Steel Structure Building’s flatpack containers, the main frames will be 2.5mm~3.0mm thickness, and lifting corner pieces are 6mm/10mm thickness, which ensure that it will be strong enough withstanding in any site conditions. Meanwhile all these materials are light in weight, each standard 20ft flat-pack containers will be around 2,000kg, it will be different from different optional requirements. All AOT container houses are easy to load & unload, and could be assemble with limit tools, making the installation and operation in tough site very easy.
Either galvanized or powder coated
All the steel components of AOT Steel Structure Building’s flatpack containers are galvanized, then coated with eletrostatic power coating, it will highly increase the climate resistance performance of our metal containers. The life span will be more than 20years, help to reduce the investment cost.
Wind and water-tight
The wind resistance of AOT Flat pack containers will be Grade 11, i.e. the Maximum wind resistance could be at 110km/h (30m/s), which means the AOT Flat-pack containers could against the wind pressure at 0.5Kn/Sqm.

Natured with light weight but durable, AOT modular container house could be used in any location, there were excellent heat insulations with different insulation materials, it could be suitable for the very cold or very hot regions.
